Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. During high-volume periods or launches, processing may take slightly longer. Please complete your order carefully as orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can track the delivery status of your order. If you have not received this email, please also check your spam/junk folder in case it was missed.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post, while international orders are shipped via Australia Post International Services. Please ensure all shipping information entered at checkout is correct and accurate. Any fees associated with redirecting a parcel in transit are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note:
- All delivery times are estimates based on business days and begin from the time the parcel is collected by Australia Post.
- Actual transit times may vary depending on your location, delivery network conditions and customs clearance.

International customs duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs-related fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. LYLAH is not liable for these charges and has no control over these fees. To avoid any unexpected charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Damaged or lost in transit
Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier, LYLAH is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. In the event of an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to lodge an enquiry and begin the investigation process.
Unclaimed or return to sender parcels
LYLAH is not liable for parcels that are unclaimed, refused, or returned to sender. We are unable to offer refunds for parcels that are undeliverable or unclaimed due to incorrect shipping details, unsuccessful delivery attempts or unpaid customs duties or taxes. If your parcel is returned to us, a store credit will be issued for the order total after deducting the original shipping cost and any return costs incurred by LYLAH. If you choose to have your order re-shipped, a new shipping fee will apply at your expense.
